I actually have the +40's in there now. Got tired of swapping them out for the stockers. I just lower the base pressure. Honestly, its got better out of boost drivability than it did with the stockers. I am going to play with the overboost elim alittle untill it leans out a little. It felt faster last night, when I had the cutout set to low, and the computer was only seening 9ish psi, but the car was making 14-15. Glad the meth was on there.

Well the altitude doesnt help, but it was pretty much the fact that it was hitting fuel cut multiple times during the run. My best was 14.2@96 and I coasted at least the last 100 ft of the track. 14.7 on 8 psi was pretty good I though. Beat the cars best previous time of 15.2 and I was running 13psi then. Plus the only thing really "adding" power at the moment is the cams, portwork, better intercooler, and the exhaust cutout. Cals not on, holset is not on, the built motor is not making anymore power, its just its ablity to handle it.
Thanks for the complement.

Oh, you're still using the stock PCM? I thought you had a recal?

We all know how reliable the cal business is
So much so that the word "calibration" probably rarely will be worthy of mentioning in the "progress" thread lol.

Messing with the stock cal some....
here are some screen shots of my datalogs. Its kinda cool being able to mess with things, and then see a difference in the datalogs.
I am watching boost, egt, a/f and rpm with these right now. But it has the capability to do those, plus lambda, tps, and user input, which I am going to hook up to the knock sensor. For the time being, I am just using the otc2000 to watch for the active knock to come on.
Here is an idle datalog. Warm idle, fix a few minor vac leaks previous to this datalog. The vertical white line is the spot where the numbers on the right hand side equal to.

Its got stage one cams, and its very cold out, so I am surprised at the idle quality. Its running +40's with a stock cal! lol

Here is a short 4th gear pull starting at 3000 or so rpm and letting off not to far in the 4000's.

I have never felt this car pull like it is now. And its just beginning!

Here is a 1st gear roll, short shifting, to the low 4,000s in 4th. (was trying to keep the speed down. )

Coming soon.... More boost till the s70 is maxed. Then my new cal, then the holset.

Nice work on the exhaust! How much did you have to cut the ATP downpipe to have it line up with the stock exhaust?

Well, here is a picture of the ATP down pipe, so quite a bit was cut off. I dont think I would consider the atp piece a "downpipe" as much as just a 90 degree elbow with a v-band on one side. The rest of the downpipe was built by my exhaust shop.

Just realized that I have this picture. It should give you a pretty good idea of how the wastegate and the exhaust lined up with out the elbow.
