I want some slotted rotors for my RT. Any know of where to get them? My buddys have put powerslot rotors and ferro carbon pads on and they ROCK! I want a set for my RT. lol With the bigger rotors then they have, should be even better. Anyone running slotted rotors? I dont really want crossdrilled due to warping and cracking issues. What brake set up would be best?

FWDP might have them, they used to until powerslot folded. Also, I switched to the Hawk pads they carry and they are super good.

Awesome Wallace, Hawk pads are what I want. I do believe one of them has the Hawk ferro carbon pads and they are great. Thanks for the input.

Do you drive them pretty hard? I would not be opposed to drilled, I have just heard bad things. No warping or cracking? Mine will see 100+mph I would say atleast once a week. I know the hawk pads and powerslots will damn near lock my buddys tires up on his jetta with em. He has flat spots in his tires from messing around the other night.
Thanks for the input.

i drive it hard time to time, not on a weekly basis, but the stock ones i thought sucked, i wanted something with more power, and my car has no abs now so, with these i can lock them up fairly easily. Drilled cool a lot better, so they dont warp as easily, slotted make it so you have less brake fade as you will always have clean new pad to stop with. I stopped at the track after a 90+ mile run, obviously i wouldnt try to lock any car up at that speed

We have the hawk pads for the rt's in stock, and we will stock the big 11 rotors and rear rotors from Powerstop very soon . A new group of people bought out powerstop after their bankruptcy. Although they no longer list the PN's for our cars in their catalog, they said they would be happy to make them for us! They should be in stock sometime in late June.
Later,
Cindy

check out carbotech pads. amazing race pads, and still very very streetable. if they don't have one for your application, send them your old pads, and they'll make them.
