I would say set it at 55psi. Thats what they are set up to run at. If its way rich (I assume you have at least a narrow band o2) then turn it down. As far as a boost controler. Are you looking to spend big bucks and go digital or like a turboXS manual set up?

Dart you need to get a wideband O2 setup. I have Rick D's T3 dyno chart with a FWDP cal and it's way way fat rich. You can be pegging over 9.0:1 on a wideband and the Narrowband will tell you you're just safe. You can feel the power fall off as soon as 11.0:1 ratio's.

i got a narrow band worthless to me no matter how lean i ran it with the stock turbo it was still rich acording to that guage so yes a wideband will be on order any sugestions on that. and on the boost controler i dont need anything fancy but a digital one iam guesing is really exspensive?

I really like my Zeitronix set up. Its a little pricey, but has soo many features. Plus the ones they have now are even more expandable. Mine is set up to monitor a/f, egt, rpm, boost, tps and one user input. I have also heard the Inovative setup is nice too.
