No one has replied to this post yet and I hope someone does because I am wondering the same thing for my R/T.

This question has been asked quite a few times. There is no direct bolt up one, but thats not to say you couldnt use like a srt4 aftermarket one. IIRC they use the same setup as the t3's. Anything is possible if you have the time. One thing to keep in mind though, is if everything is in good working order. The stock one will work well for LOTS of power. Hope that helps.

There is no direct aftermarket performance coil for the T3 engines, but one from any SRT-4 or 4-cyl Neon/Stratus from 95 and up will work with the appropriate electrical connector. The circuits for the coils are the same, just differently shaped connectors, so all that would need to be done is to splice the connector in place of the stock T3 connector.

That is good to know. I did realize that the connector was different but didn't know that could be done if splicing is all you have to do. If that's the case I will get the SRT-4 MSD Coil and the connector. Do you know if the color of wires is the same? This should hopefully be an easy process.

Anyone know where to get the Ignition Coil Wiring Harness from the Neon? I've been looking all over the internet and can't find anything.

Many SRT4 guys feel that the MSD coil is junk. Some seem to die quickly and a stock is more reliable

It's been proven time and again, the stock ignition systems are more than enough for even heavy mods. Throw in some larger wires and call it good.

Either way it will cost the same amount of money, so if the stock setup is fine I'm okay with sticking with it. I do have some Magnecor 10mm's so yes bigger wires will improve things.

Agreed. No need for a upgraded, more expensive one that will die sooner that the stocker that will work for pretty much everything you need. Proper plug gap and keeping things in good working and your set.
