I think I found an iroc R/T daytona. It doesn't have the badging on the side, and it doesn't say Iroc on it, but it has Iroc wheels and buldge hood, ground effects. Its stick, but I couldn't get much closer. It wasn't on my property Anything that I can know right off it is one?

8th digit in the vin code should tell you what engine it was built with. Someone here should be able to tell you what the digit should be for the 2.2 DOHC engine. Same code on the Spirit R/T since they have the same engine.

92-93 is the last year style and all have the same hood and open headlights. if it has a 160mph dash its an R/T also rather than looking for the A in the vin

Clusters can be changed, engines can be changed, but the vin is with the car for it's life time. If the 8th digit in the vin is an "A", and "A" was the digit for 2.2 DOHC. Then it was orginally a R/T. Just need someone to verify the 8th digit, because there is a lot of clones and want-to-be's out there.

could also be an Iroc... my brother has a 5 speed V6 Iroc which visually looks almost identical to an R/T. and about the clones, i couldn't help but laugh about that... i know people do it, but jeez were not talking about a hemi cuda clone! haha

I will move this so it will be in a better spot. And, yes, as previously mentioned, you want the A in the vin code.

Red, and it is for sale. Left my name and number for the owner to call me when he got home. If its reasonable, I'm buyin it! Never had a T3 car before.
