I would like to know how the clutch drives. Is it really an impossible clutch in traffic? I like the boost gauge pod too lol.
As far as pedal pressure, I can't tell the difference from stock. They did a great job changing the fulcrum points to achieve the goal. the 4 puck does like to "bite" so, when taking off, the car will shake just a little. Impossible? NO, I drive my car everyday....call me Tom Cruise. I think people that say that can't drive stick to begin with........like anything else, you get use to it. I would have went with the 6-puck but I plan on running slicks at the track and R/T's are heavy so I needed the extra holding power. Make sure your motor mounts are good! If not, they will start taking to you.
Wow...looks like Devils Own has changed some things with their set-up unless you added some features. Did the controller come with the plug in the end of it? I REALLY like that! I honestly don't see anything wrong with the supply tubing you have(besides it being blue, but convolute tubing takes care of that issue!). Be careful where you put the nozzle. Placement can make it a REAL challenge to change the orifice(ask me how I know).
Actually, thats an old controller, the new ones come with the wires going inside. That's also a old sticker on the pump. I got it used =) The blue portion of hose is only for the tank tap and it's covered up. The rest of the line is devilsown black nylon. My car is a sleeper and I want it to stay as close to that as possible. I did put thought into the nozzle location, thanks for the heads up!
looks awesome!!!! Nice work! Cant wait to see what she runs.

Pretty stealthy! I like it! Like I said, a little black convolute tubing goes a long way in hinding stuff. I used it on my nylon tubing and it hd it so well even people that know what they are looking at and for don't see it!
I suppose there is a reason that they switched to teh wires going in to the controller, but I kinda like the plug. It would make it a HECK of a lot easier to do certain things with it.
I walked out semi-happy. It was a hot and humid day and my car developed a exhaust leak right before I arrived at the dyno. One of the bolts that hold the DP/WG to the turbo came out. Ecu is still pulling timing for KR and thats getting old! I think because my cut-out is so loud and vibrates the whole car, that it is making my knock sensor read false knock. There is no knock from what I can tell, especially with my alcohol injection. Other than that, anytime you can leave the dyno under your own power is a good day. Runs were made @ 25psi. That looks to be the limit of my stock fuel pump right now, I know people have gone higher but mine is leaning out over 25psi.
Best run: 335whp - 333trq @ 25psi
Next mods are some FWDP cam gears(I think I can squeeze some more HP with correct cam timing), walbro 255 pump, I also want to get a 58mm TB and a true 3inch exhaust all the back w/no cut-out Right now the exhaust is 2.5 off the turbo and it flares to 3inch after about 12inches down. But, your only as big as your smallest diameter and having 2.5 RIGHT OFF THE HOUSING is a restriction! I'm gonna go with the ATP ultimate internal WG. I think once I do that and dial my cams in, I can get to the 350-375 whp that i'm looking for with this turbo.
Here's the vid............
Turbo seems a little laggy, I think this has to do with the cam timing as well. This was done at extreme motosports in MD. Anyone who knows about import racing should know the shop or the owner Sean Glazer. He has held the fast 4cylinder title many times with his 1000+Awhp 8 second eclipse. They were impressed with my car..........they had a new mazdaspeed6 there that blew the motor after 350whp. He said, your cars making this much on 160K bottom end what a sleeper!
Not bad numbers at all! I forget which turbo it is your using? As far as the knock goes. I would tryto wrap the threads on the knock sensor with some teflon tape. I have a cut out on my car, that sits right above the K frame, so it rattles the crap out of everything. And knock is not a problem, but my sensor is wraped. Maybe give that a shot.

I am not satisfied with the number though. There was something going on with the car that wasn't "right". I will scan the dyno and post it so you all can see how bouncy it is thought the power curve and tell me what you think. I accidentally cut the DB-9 cable for my otc scanner so, i wasn't able to record the dyno run I don't think I like these platinum ngk v-powers, i might just go with a copper plug. My gap was probably a little big(.030) for the 25psi and alcohol as well. That might have had something to do with it.
I thought about doing that with the teflon, i've just been to lazy. I'm going to do it when I get back in town and see if that help BTW, your not going to be running a cut-out with that new pretty DP are you?
Thanks.

OH yeah. On the end of it. Cant have that bad ass flowing thing restriced by pipe! lol I will have it welded to the end of the downpipe, and then weld in the rest of the exhaust.

I bet plug gap had a little to do with it. I know after I put my alky on. I had to gap down alittle. But, it helped a ton. Platinum seems to hate turbo motors, atleast TD motors. I have also noticed that at high(ish) boost with alky that the non recessed tip plugs seem to "blow out" the spark in the upper rpm. The best performing plugs I have found in my car is the b9eg ngk. Its a little pricey, like 7 bucks a plug. But not to bad. They are a small recessed tip and I love how they run. They dont last as long, but for the perfomance I noticed at least in my car they are worth it. If you want a recessed tip, but not such an expensive plug the b9es is a good plug too. Just not the "racing" ones. These are the same plug I run on my yamaha banshee. lol They work awesome in there too.

What was your A/F ratio looking like though the run?

A/F was okay.........started out in the 10.1 area and got up to 11.9 or so by redline. Unfortunately the dyno's WB02 wouldn't clip onto my cut-out. After 25psi it will start to creep up to 13:1. At that boost level, with my stock fuel pump, i'm flirting with disaster.
here is the dyno................any input welcome as to what it looks like. Thanks
BTW, the first run we ran it out to 6500rpms but noticed power started falling at about 6200rpms(is this normal?). Next two runs were to 6200rpms. Last and best run was in 4th gear, previous were in 3rd - hence the better torque.
Did you inspect the plugs after reading knock? If you check the right after reading some knock that should give you a better idea how 'phantom" the knock is. Get that teflon done too.
BTW please dont play with the stock pump. I payed the price a few years ago for that
The shakeyness of the dyno is normal. There is a smoothing factor on dynos and it looks like your guy didnt use it.
Did you get more knock counts in 4th gear? if not, then its likely its not detonation.
