You will almost always get blow by on a turbo motor. And, if its not making noise, or blowing the dipstick out. She is probably still plenty strong.

then im still pretty fine, no noises or anything, dipstick doesnt move. 3 hr trip put a couple ounces of oil in my catch can

My Spirit with stock motor and full 3" exhaust (using a cat) stayed quiet. When the dump opens then it gets loud. Its fun because its only going to make noise under boost.

But its loud. Higher the RPM's get the louder it is. Messing around with bansheenut last year in my duster it was just loud when I passed him below 5000 rpms, but near the limiter it hurt his ears (him in another car). The wastegate keeps having to dump more and more exhaust pressure to maintain boost so i think its noise goes up.

The fun part of the noise is that it makes the car sound like a giant diesel truck under boost, or the supras you see in videos. I dont know how to explain jet air pump sound it creates.

I am interested to see what Cory's sounds like.

my Banshee (quad) managed to suck up some of my time i have to admit, but that thing is just to much fun! just been busy workin.. so whats new around here? did you blow up your ride or did you just feal like upgrading?

Banshee's are addictive creatures. lol Mine was my first money pit. Now it sleeps in the garage WAY to much. I didnt blow it up, well technically I didnt. The clutch died and I had a chance to put the new holset on. Its been a way longer process than I had hoped. lol But, thats how it always works out.

The RT is soooo close. A couple of clearance issues with the turbo kept me from getting to start it tonight, but they will be taken care of tomorrow as long as its not stupid hot again. The most major thing left to put on is axles. The rest is just hooking stuff up and little things like that.
