Ok, im sorry but i have a beginer question.

I made a g-valve and now i was going to install it.
But i want to be sure, do i completly by-pass the wastegate solenoid by pluging
the vaccum line direct from intake vaccum source to the wastegate actuator with the g-valve in between ??

With this setup the wastegate solenoid isnt use anymore at all, thats ok??

Did you make sure to give it some kind of a bleed after the ball so that when the ball closes, the pressure trapping inbetween the WG and the ball in the controller wont let your wg shut. Make sense?

I followed Gus Mahon design to the letter, making a 0.020 bleed hole in the barb goint to the wg

Yeah, if they get mushroomed at all inside the bell housing, they are no fun. Glad you got it all taken care of though.

The beauty of a turbododge! Have you uncorked the exhaust yet? The first few mods on these things have the most bang for buck that you can get out of then most cars.

Thanks for the update, and keep em coming.

Ok, sorry for the question but:

What is a g-valve and how does it improve performance?

Thanks...

basically an MBC made from McMaster-Carr parts found at Grainger Industrial Supply. g-valve is short for Grainger Valve

They cause quicker spool by not allowing the wastegate to open anything before the set boost. Makes a bit more power under the curve. Best 20 dollars you will spend on these cars.
