Yikes all most lost her!!

Last night the spirit was idling with the hood open and I was checking things over when Boom! It devloped a fuel leak and instantly cought fire!! I managed to get the fire out with my shirt, my right hand and water. Then it was off to the E.R.!! I burnt my right hand pretty good but saved the car.. If I would have been driving down the road I think I would have been a total loss... Is there any one parting mis. sensors, vac. lines ect. from a wrecked spirit/ daytona t3? Any help would been awsome! I dont think Its to bad. sorry so slopy I only have my left hand to tipe. Thanks Jeremy

Good choice, i'm sure your hospital bill is less than it would cost to replace your TIII parts. There is a "cut-off" for what i would sacrifice for my car, maybe a finger or toe.....anything more -- let that mutha burn. LMAO.

I would have try to do the same, i know my body can heal by itself but not my car!

I carry a little 2lb? fire extinguisher in my Daytonas. I've seen too many TD fires.They're cheap an are worth a fortune if you ever need it!!!!
