Kinda of a new problem.? I try to rev the car it in netrual it wont rev apast 5 grand.I don't know if theres a rev limiter in the 92 spirit?If not a tryed a new know good map senser or I need a new tps but still no codes

There is a rev limiter. Stock is 6500RPM, but you will know if you hit it. Sounds like you still have a problem. Whenever a bunch of weird problems seem to arise, check the engine grounds and battery cables. A loose ground can cause some amazing and strange problems.
