just put new pads on and the brake pedal is very soft, i bled them and still no difference am i missing something?

if you have a scanner that can activate your abs system to test it, you can pressurize the little bit of air out that may be in there still. if not bleed and bleed again

You could try bench bleeding the master cylinder. There could be air trapped inside if the fluid has ever gotten really low. Was the fluid clean when you bled them last? Any signs of brake fluid leakage? Check around the bleeder fittings, caliper pistons, and hose connections.
