Check the coil pack connector. Sometimes they can get corrosion inside or the pins will get loose over time. I took mine apart, cleaned with wire brush, then slightly crimped them so they went over the pins in the coil a little tighter. The coil wires pass through other connectors on the way to the SBEC so it's best to check them as well. You can trace them fairly easily by pulling back the loom and following them.

Wiggle your injector harness around a bit
I just did that to my t1 auto thats been missing like crazy and it seemed to fix the problem (I need a new harness BAD)
What tune up stuff have you done to the car?
(plugs, wires, filter etc.)

Quick question?. I have a rail mounted fuel pressure gauge and at Idol it's at 49 with vac line on and when the vac line off it's at 59 is that about right or is my fuel pump getting ready to go out.I know it should be 55 with the vac line off but it's not and I pinched the return line and the pressure jumped up to 80 or more. When I prime the pump it only goes to 50 but when I did my other turbo car priming it twice it went to 80 quick. How long should the pressure stay in the lines after the car is shut off?.But I think the fpr is bad or something

OK So far I took it for a spin and when i stepped on it and it hesitated so I backed off and hitted again and it cam alive until about 4500 -RPM and it broke up again but man it felt good.I got home and checked the spark plugs wires and 1&3 have really good spark like spark shooting out like 2 inches.2&4 had some spark just enough to keep the car running but running rough but the spark was nowhere near as good as the other 2.I changed spark plug wires around and still no change so I went and bought a brand new coil.It will be here the 16th and I got it for 136.99 if someone needs a brand new one

Sounds to me like a coil driver issue inside the computer. Have you checked the voltage going to the input of coil? If your getting a real low reading then the coil is not going to have as much voltage to jump up. Do you have another computer to swap in by chance? Also another stupid question, whats the gap on your plugs?
Your fuel pressure is not off enough to be a huge culprit I dont think. The code you were getting, and now not is most likely what it has to do with. I will go find my FSM and see what the test procedure is or what voltages you should be getting on the primary side of the coil.
