are r/t's suppost to have these? last year when i was at the drags they told me to get something wired in order to be able to race next time i came. well the time has come for me to want to go back, and i was curious as to how its done.

If I recall correct the car is supposed to have one. Its a switch that the car wont start until the clutch is depressed. I bypassed mine years ago. Frankly I cant remember much about them.

yea for some reason they are bastards about it at the drags now, require it to race. for some odd reason mine doesnt have it, and either does my fathers r/t.

anyone have any ideas? i really want to go test my car out at the track , and this is the only thing holding me back!

Have you looked for a switch on the clutch pedal? Its gotta have one. It will be up twards the top.

im pretty sure i know what they look like, i had a 3.0 Daytona that i had swapped over to a 5 speed and had a switch that i never put on it. i saw some yellow wiring that sorta looked like it under the dash there, but it wasnt on the pedal itself, let me check again and ill get back to ya, thanks!
