options for an 89 csx-vnt

Hi everyone! I recently picked up an 89 csx-vnt. I've been doing some reading here about what a few of you have accomplished with your vnts. Now, I really want to keep this car close to stock, but at the same time i'd like to "wake" it up a bit. Can a high 13-sec 1/4 time be accomplished without changing out to much? right now, all that is on this car is a fwdp stage 2 cal.

Any ideas/suggestions would be great! keep in mind, i'm pretty much new to turbo cars (i've been a 3.0L and n/a owner forever..) so the simplier the explanations the better. lol!

i also recently picked up an eagle talon tsi awd... i'd like the csx to be able to beat this car. well, at least when it's running right. darn dsm's.

high 13s should be pretty easy. get a free flowing exhaust, and a good R/T should get you there
