Help me identify my CSX

My Ride: 85 shelby charger
Engine: 87 T-II W a555
Induct: Turbo
1/4: 0.000

This 89 CSX is the one I saved from the j-yard 4 years ago. I don't know how to tell the # it is from the # plate, if that's where it is. Also, I have never seen one with the chrome bottom trim. Custom? Any help would be appreciated.
