wheres all the VNT Daytona's at

i was reading on the other forum,one guy had a vnt but it doesnt have the original motor in it anymore,i think its a 2.5 now,so there another one on the list

I have a 92 Iroc RT with the mostly flat hood, no bulge on the drivers side.
Definately not a vnt motor(t III) but has the stickers on the hood. Kind of curious.
Did they make any vnt's with that hood or did someone just sticker
it for some odd reason? I have just always thought they had bought a used
hood for the car.

The VNT Daytona's were only 1990 and limited production so I would assume all had a hood bulge.
It was also used in Lebaron/Shadow/ and 89 CSX total of just around 900.
Even the 91 2.5L T-1 Daytona I saw a few years back had the hood bulge, the only difference was mine reads "Intercooled VNT" and the 91 just had "Turbo".
I would also assume that the same decals were used on the Lebaron VNT but I have no idea weather that had the hood bulge or not and if the AJ body hood will fit an AG body.
Wasn't the 92 completly redesigned with the aerotech headlamps?

Thanks for the information. Someone had to of stickered it for a goofy reason.
It says intercooled vnt so off a couple years even.

my 90 VNT 'baron doesn't have a hood bulge or any hood stickers; however it does have 'Intercooled VNT on the drivers headlight door and on the rear lip of the trunk.

TIII's Also had balance shafts, TCs with DOHC head may have also dont know tho.
I was at a small JY in NY and found a 89 Spirit ES, popped the hood and saw the engine was swapped, VC and intake were black. The VC also had "90 Daytona" writen on it with a paint pen. Bought it on sight thinking it was a TII. Got it home and pulled the engine and found it was a VNT. Turbo was completly junk. Block, crank, and rods are now being used for my hybrid project Thats one more to check off the list.

I have never seen a VNT Lebaron.

I forgot all about the T-3, was thinking of 2.2 T-1 and T-2.

Thats interesting, it is a real sleeper.
No hood buldge, no ground effects or spoilers like the Daytona.

Got a 90 red one in Va. with light gray cloth interior. All original fresh rebuilt motor and new clutch. Will be up for sale when I get a paint job on it. Too many cars. Need to restore my R/Ts and GlHSes.
