I need injectors. I plan on putting the FWDPerformance cal that goes to 18psi in about a month and a half. That cal requires +20% injectors. Could I run +20%'s before I get the new cal? I know it would run rich but would it hurt or damage anything?

You will be flowing way to much fuel into the engine, 20% more to be exact. Most ecu's cannot or have a difficult time compensating for this increase in fuel. Althuogh if you have an AFPR you can turn down base FP so there is still more fuel flow but enough to allow the ecu to compensate enough for heathy driving.

FWIW my stock 89 T2 smec can compensate for +20's at base pressure. The car will idle and drive fine but I can tell/know that there is way to much fuel there (until I hit full boost that is ) This does not seem to be the case for every veichle though.
