I have just bought a braided turbo line kit for the vnt.Has anyone did this?Only 1 of the 3 lines is matching up right.I`ve tried a couple different ways.Is the factory line on the back side on the bottom supposed to screw into what`s already in the block? The coolant line is way off where it connects to the turbo ,I`d say 6 `` and going in a different direction. I compared it to my t2 set and it`s different. Travis

I would get with whomever you purchased the lines from. When I purchased mine from FWD over a yr ago, it was missing fittings and was too short. I had to have the oil return on the front of the block brazed/welded in. The brass fittings on the rear of the turbo need to be taken off completely to work with the lines.....

I had them modified to work better than what they were designed for.I added enough clearance on the one from the thermostat that it`s easy to tighten now. I spent about $40 but I believe it`s better than the original set,of course part of that was modifying them to fit.

I had to add a right angle fitting on a TII conversion with oversize wastegate. It looked like it needed 6" till my auto parts guru pulled out a fitting that made a perfect fit to run the line AROUND the LEFT side of the the actuator.

I had to do the same thing on my line. And I thought I was the only one having this problem! Mike
