What is the difference in the wiring harnesses for a VNT car vs a turbo II? Could you use a VNT harness for a non-VNT motor?

Yes you can but if you are not converting from VNT to TII then you are wasting an already hard to find part. If you really need a TII harness then just get a TI and add in the Air Charge Temp sensor wiring. The VNT harness has the extra wiring for control of the VNT solenoids.
