Will an electronic boost control work on a VNT? If so how would it be hooked up? I understand that running more boost on a VNT shortens the life of the turbo, but I wonder if I'd be able to turn the boost up only sometimes and extend the life of the turbo, and still get the extra power I desire.

If you run any kind of boost control on a VNT, it's probably best to run it on the TOP canister nipple, as that's controlling the boost. You have to run it 'inline' between the VNT solenoid and the VNT TOP canister nipple. -Will
