The VNT28 is new from FWDP. I traded for it with my brand new VNT25 (yep, someone traded down with me). Whatever they put in there VNT's is what it is. You shouldn't need +40's until you start hitting 22+ psi, +20's will do fine.

How many psi can I safely hit (meaning that I don't want to blow the turbo) on the VNT28??

18psi is the suggested range for the VNT28. Personally I'd say 18-20psi, but heck, what do I know. LOL
