I see the cooling passage on the front of the head. I have no clue where it's supposed to come out though. I know the oil doesnt go through the head, where the fork does the coolant go?

The intake manifold has the thermostat housing built in to it.

I am aware of that, but the head has to have some way of running coolant through it, right? It all doesnt just keep pumping in there with no place to go. How does it run through the block? Or do they need to be added as lines like the oil drain?

All of the water jackets around the cylinders are what let the coolant go from head to block. No extra cooling lines from the head to the block should be needed.

Coolant flow is in the block, around the cylinders, through the head, out the thermostat housing to the radiator.

Sorry, I'm retarted. Ive been reading the How-To's for so long i forgot about that. I assumed they needed drains and supply too, since the oil has so many. *First hybrid, sorry!*
