Here are some "Mock up done" pics. Hoping to have everything done in a couple months if things go smoothly. Right now I'll take everything out, send the engine for machining and start the body work. So far so good though.

More pics and more thourough story on my Plog here... 93 Shadow 2.4 Project Log

This stuff all looks so great. Can hardly wait to post some pic myself. One Q though. DblTrbl, aren't you worried about that 4' aluminum exhaust melting off from all that power your going to be making!

If I were to make more I would need to build a better setup to position the runners. But the real isssue is I don't have the time right now. Finishing the 2.4 project is #1 on my list and once that is done I have a bunch of 8V log headers to make. After that I can start to think about other things. If you are looking to make your own I can give you all the angles and dimensions (still requires a bit of fooling) and the placement of the turbo flange. That's the best I can do right now.

Ebay ICs and Holsets I think just may be gifts from God =P

Wonderful work guys. Really like Turboshad's set. Intake, turbo, header, exhaust pipe, IC, pipe route. Too nice and will work so well you 'll break everything lol.

Mostly finished up and running, needs to be tuned yet. Waiting on some circuit breakers to put inline with the battery relocated to the hatch area the 60amp fuses pop once in a while. Anyone doing anything with a SBEC for tuning? Here's a pic or two. Still need to make up a vacuum block of some sort and possibly an evac system or pcv.

looks too nice for words. But there is one bit of cave man TD left in it though to go, the wire that looks to be holding up the IC LOL. It isn't that much more to make a TD pretty...... Yet so many go for the exhaust pipe and chunks of air clean hose route, I don't get it. Much of this is colored right and the wires are contained and not spread all over the engine compartment. Very nice. Sweet studs, where those come from?
