that wire you see that goes to the hood latch, its the headlight ground. Havent got that part done yet, but I'm ready now. The IC is held up from the bottom w/ a bracket I welded together, thinking about attaching it from the top also, to the top core support(but theres not much meat there except for the brace I added).

The studs are ARP, the only ones that are the correct knurl. They are very long as I wasnt sure how the 245's would fit, they seem to be good and I thought I would clear at full lock, but while turning around it rubbed a little.

Heres the studs
ARP Wheel Studs: ARP-100-7702 - summitracing.com

I have some wiring to tidy up yet and still have to wire a few things.

It's looking great Speed. I'm glad to see you are still planning on tidying up the wiring. That's the one thing that jumps out at me but it could be because I am a bit of a wiring snob. Hacked up wiring is the one thing that can take a great looking project and make it look back yard hacker home done and your car is looking way too good to have something like that take any of the show away.

If you weren't planning to already I would suggest going through all of it once you were done and eliminating all butt connnectors and other splices and soldering them all. Those types of connectors will only come back to haunt you.

Keep up the good work. Should be exciting to get er on the road. I know I am getting ancy for mine.

Looks like an Indy intake manifold,
INDY Air Intake manifold for 95-99 SOHC and DOHC Dodge and Plymouth Neons
and a venom fuel rail Venom Fuel Rail: ImportPerformance.com for a 2.0L neon head.

So it brings the coolant housing out far enough to clear the Cam Gears.. interesting.

How much do those intakes run?

ITs a 2.4 motor/head in stock orientation so the coolant housing/cam gears fit like stock .

If you want an intake you can get them used on neons.org or they want $500 new look on pg8 here

It's a 2.4 swap, not a hybrid. So the same problem with the timing belt hitting the t-stat housing would apply if used on a hybrid build
