i've searched the topic in this form but i cant seem to find what im looking for. i thought that i saw someone had made a custom belt tightning bracket that mounts under the intake cam pully. i jut cant find it.

Are you running a stock Neon/Stratus location T-stat? That would
be the main drive in relocating an adjuster. If you are moving the
t-stat to the drivers side you can get by without it.

no i have moved teh water neck to teh driver side of the head.
