Hey all, I am currently starting my hybrid. As the thread states, it's in a 86 duster. Now, I have been pondering about how to set-up all the front end stuff like the intercooler and rad. The intercooler is faily large and well, the duster has a small engine bay. I have been debating on cutting most of the rad support out and welding in a tubular stucture to increase the space. Now, I have seen some small radiators in the 2.0l neons and was wondering if it would be sufficient enough to cool a 2.4l 16v. I could use a normal size rad if needed but I want to be sure I can clear the intake that I still havent thought too much about ( or at least havent came to any conclusions ). Has anyone had any success building a front end for one of these cars?
Thanks.
