Cool project, engine looks great in there. After I blow my engine I think this is the way I HAVE to go!

the engine is stock, the tranny is from a 97 neon with a413 guts with upgrades from the trans. forum. plug wires are from some 90's dohc honda. I used a cut off wheel to put a slot on the back of the intake cam and stuck the made to run backwords dist. on the head. I'm using the stock electronic with a stage 5 dohc cal. from Cindy at FWD Performance, 3 bar map and 52 pound injectors. the radiator is for a 97 dohc neon.
next week I'll be going for a ride. after that it will sit in my garage for awhile. no time or money.

Man, is that a clean install!! Wow..congrats! So let me get this straight...you just cut a slot, with a flex grinder, into the Cam, and then made some way of mounting a 8V SOHC Distributor to it?? And what electronics (SMEC/SBEC) is running all this? And that Electronics set up mates up to the Factory mini van electronics? So many questions...my head will explode just trying to contemplate what you have done! Thats great! (Now lower the Van....) pull that dent, and that'll be one nifty grocery getter!

why the passion with minivans?...easy...SPACE

i prefer my much sportier k wagon because but a all out turbo minivan race/tow rig would make me think twice about driving a socker-mom vehicle.

as for the SRT swap, i would personally want to find a nice clean base aries/reliant sedan (something along the lines of Gary Donovan's Relentless....but with full interior intact).

Exactly, I have my cake and eat it too,

I would be lost without a van these days, especially now with 2 dogs, wife and my recently born son,

why a minivan? too many reasons to list. why a srt-4 in a minivan? just because I shouldn't doesn't mean I won't.

This is really amazing that engine looks sitting really low giving the appearance of more room in a caravan engine bay.

Bravo!

Cheers, Wizard
