you would really have to see it to understand how it's going to be that light

ahh he must have done more then that, the rear glass is not very heavy.
Im guessing the omni inherited some wheel/tire goodies from the van

OMG Dream Car!!!!! I agree with the street stalker antics. I've got a 440 4spd 72 charger that has never been on a track or dyno. But judging by the kill list it has achieved and incredible amount of weight (nearly two tons!) I can only guess what the specs are. Under construction for the winter along with the Omni.

i just saw this post now, but yes i just did a dis set up.. i went with the edist box from fast, for the ls1, its cheaper than the universal..
only thing is ya need a msd box, since i'm running one it worked out fine. this set up allows you to go coil on plug, batch fire or one coil per plug set ups. It eliminates the need for a dizzy as long as you still have a crank trigger source.

the crank trigger kit cost 300.00 plus my time to machine that mounting hub and make the support tie in's for the pick up plus the longer bolts. I still need to change the center bolt, it's stainless and i'm looking for something alot stronger, but it works for now..

why do you have to change the bolt, theres no force on it, except what you tighten it to, the key on the crank takes all the abuse
