We run a Yamaha WR450, 450cc single cylinder. Most other teams are running the big 4 cylinders (600cc). The light car wasn't a really great one, wasn't rigid enough. The frame sat in the back of the room for a couple years and got chopped up and scrapped last year.

turbo.shaft, your adapter is on its way. I kind of guessed for length on the crank sensor wire, all I've got setting around are SRT-4 motors. Remove the coil, connect the green and gray wires to their respective coil wires, connect the ground wire to the body, plug in all the sensors and hep wires, and you should be good to go. Hopefully.

Cool...interesting choice. The only attempt we ever made was with a 600cc turboed engine...our frame was WAY overdesgined and heavy. It was rigid though! LOL. After that we went the hybrid route...sometimes we're glad we did....then there are those other times...:P

OK..ebough thread jacking for the moment...I'll try and post pictures tomorrow!!!

Hybrid (stock distributor on a common block with a 16 valve head) is tested and working on two cars. Pre 2003 2.4 will be tested when turbo.shaft gets his adapter.

That's all I can do, since I did it with the different blocks I can't just get a full schematic.

PM sent.

Did not receive yet. Check email to confirm which address is sent because Latham address is former employer and no good for delivery.

Can this device take the turbo HEP signals as input, and output the 2.0 crank output? (ie, could I use this to convert my turbo HEP signals into the Neon crank signal so that I can run the damn MS off my distributor? hehe) Awesome little device.
