Now for round 2 finaly got the GLHT running again.New eagle H beam rods and new T3 pistons as well as head welded at #4 cylinder.Going to try to keep the boost below 42psi this time.Going to try to get to the track next weekend dependig on how busy i am.Need to get a handle on the SDS tuning

Needs a bigger IC .Looks nice tho , I'm using a short runner intake also , my vac gauge bounces all over the place with the closure of the valves

Thanks guys its been a lot of work,lots of mods and custom parts had to be made to get to this point.Intercooler is 1150cfm spearco so i hope it will work ok.Holeset hx35g has already been to 42psi and couldnt get a chance to see intake air temps.But the CO2 spray should help to keep the temps down

Im not a big fan of the 2.0s and 2.4s and dont know much of anything about the hybrid 16V but man your setup amazes me, gave me alittle more understanding of why, rather why not just do... make sense? anyways amazing job.. look forward to seeing some timeslips

This setup is based on a 1990 VNT 2.2 short block,2.4 head,2.0 cams.From what i have learned this head flows alot better then the 8v and produces more power at lower boost levels.Found a couple more pics

shadetreeshop:Nope no IAC required with SDS.I had to remove it boost was pushing of its seat and would idle high.omni spirit: Coil overs i made up using if i can remember dont get mad ford phocus kit with my own spacers.350lbs front 450lbs rear.Not sure about the club day Jaim but i am going to try stay tuned. Csx254 i live Mississauga Ontario Canada most of the time at St Thomas dragway and Toronto Motorsports park
