Love it! I was considering doing that to one of the axles on my Omni, till I realized the morons at AutoStoned had sold me a normal axle, rather than an Omni one..

yes ill be around tomorrow night, just hit up the cell

stock lower hose for the daytona, removed 5" from the center straight part of it.

That's about what I did for the radiator hose on my Omni.. Not sure exactly what model it came from, but it came from one of the TD's I've parted out over the years.. Could be any one of a dozen different cars. Going to be a real PITA when I need to replace it, since I don't really know which car it came from.

That is a really neat idea with the axles especially with a project like mine where I'm not 100% if it's going to work correctly.
Did you just cut the axles and slip them into a tube and weld them?

i pressed the axles into that tube, very tight fit to keep it aligned. that weld is done down both sides, its better than plug welding because plug welds dont heat up the base metal enough for an app. like this.

it needs to be timed, and the plug wires i bought dont work w/ the stupid cap, thats ok, soon to be megasquirted, with coil packs

also have a massive oil leak, i think rear main

not starting again...... got the new plug wires all made up, plugs are getting SOAKED in fuel.

think the FPR is 55psi, i have a set of injectors, anyone know what the stock stratus ones flow? the ones i have are 21lb/hr@49 psi if i recall. also have a set of yellow ford ones.

any advise?
