This is my friend Mike B's 88 Shelby CSX-T. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

Looks incredible. A clean and neat job. Looks almost factory.

What is his 1/4 mile times with that setup?

Judging by the 2.2/2.5 distrib on the intake cam I'd say hybrid

A very clean conversion, that thing is a sea of white underhood

Bottom end is a built turbo 3, top end is a 16v head, t3/t4 turbo. converted to auto trans for the strip. Its in my garage because I'm putting the car back together after the paint job. It has not been driven on it own power for many years, needless to say some little parts are missing-like virtually all the fasteners. If any one has a parts car near the Toledo Ohio area please let me know. We need the internal parts of the doors, rear inner bumper. and many more parts.

Welcome to TD.com Nic, nice to have you here-you do good work Did you start over with a new screename/join date? Seems strange to me as many years as you've been into TD's you'd just be getting here You used to have an 87 CSX right? Or maybe still do...

Sorry ,you must thinking of someone else. I am posting this for a friend who is a big turbo dodge guy. I'm actaully a GM guy who has seen first hand the surprising ability of a Turbo dodge. Thank for the compliment , I am only assembling and cleaning the car, my brother-in-law painted the car, and a guy here in Toledo did the engine work. Thank you all for the compliments, they mean a lot to the cars owner. It still has has some work to be done, but has alot of potential.
