Ok, I've FINALLY made some progress on my 89 2.4L Daytona. It won't start because none of the injectors are firing. My question: I've got SRT-4 stage 1 injectors in there now. I am also using stock electronics with a cal from Cindy. Would the mismatch in impedance cause them to not fire? The turbo Dodge injectors are 3 ohms and the SRT injectors are 12 ohms. I was almost sure that going to a higher resistance would be fine, as opposed to going in the opposite direction, which would overdrive the injector outputs on the computer (I think).

Using high impedance injectors in a car that orignially used low impedance ones is fine, but not the other way around. You should be fine with SRT injectors on stock electonics. I'll assume you're using the distributor on the cam with the stock pickup. Do you have tach movement while cranking? Are you sure the HEP is good? Check for power to the HEP? Ground? Injectors have 12 volts when the ASD relay is powered on? If you have access to a scan tool, you can try doing an output test to fire the injectors. Did you do any modifications to the harness? Did it run before you started the conversion? Codes?

the mpi turbo dodges should be high impedence injectors, the tbi injectors are low impedence. either way, that shouldnt matter, both ways is still ok for the injector driver.

did you put the distributor on the cam, i had mine like that, started it a few times, it crapped out, never started like that again. decided to megasquirt it.
