PLEEEZZEE!!! tell me that you don't paint your toenails!! And if you do...please be a girl, lol!!

Anyways...looks nice. Not sold on that block color though. I do like the short runner intake that you have, as well as the custom exhaust manifold.

I don't think the timing belt is going to clear that motor mount. Peculiar that you have the bottom end all assembled (pulleys on, covers on) but the timing belt isn't installed. This leads me to believe I'm right.

The toe nails are my girls and the belt will clear the mount after I removed some material from it and braced it on the inside.I just put everything on the out side of it so I could see what else needs modded to fit. Also I dont have te cam gear finished yet so thats why its not all finished yet but oneday It will be.

I'd like to see it with a belt installed. I imagine you're going to need a longer belt.

Why not? It still flows better than the stock 8v head.

Well I like the color,I use it on all my engines-Max Wedge orange.Glad to see someone use a SOHC they're plentiful and cheap.Great for 2.5. I suppose a Dohc would be better if you we going all out race, but just go fast I think its great! Nice job--keep us informed.More details please as everyone else wants aDOHC Not me!

Guess not, lol.I said i like the color .I use it on all my engines-Max Wedge orange!I like to paint the heads also though. In think the SOHC is a geat swap since the heads are everywhere and cheap, although Stratus DOHCs are becoming more plentiful in pull-a-parts.I think a SOHC would be much better than an 8V on a 2.5.Do think it's any easier than a DOHC? Seems you don't need as much custom stuff.Keep us informed,It seems everyone wants aDOHC,not me! I'm not wanting an all- out racer, just something better on my 2.5
