hey, i don't know if any one has seen one because these are a rare duck
but a late model caravan lower intake may look like a good choice for some of ya'll. like the way the water neck is if your staying with your stock radiator.
this one is a 2005 model

I had one and sold it, I think it may hit the hood if you make a new plenum to mount on it w/o cutting the runners. Mine was a 96, the upper part was a little diff but the lower/runners looked the same.

I've made my intake from the bottom of that one. It works fine, other than I put the oxygen bottle on where the lower runners start to curve up. I think its going to hit the hood on the omni.

I would love to have one of those for my 2.4 minivan for when I switch to a PT head. Having the TB on the passenger side would allow me to have a much better intake. The PT intake I have looks like it might hit my wiper motor.

If you are going to use this intake plan on doin some drilling, I got one from a 96 caravan and had to drill it so it would bolt to my 99 2.4 head. I did not use the plenum i cut it short and used 5'' pipe
