Could you run another idler pulley for the power steering belt to move it down and away from the t belt tensioner?

If i was home I'd look at mine. I don't recall any issues where I have it. It's up from the stock location and is on top of one of the brackets on the side of the engine but I can't remember where for sure. I haven't had any issues with it there.
