General information parts list and threads for 16V Conversions

After seeing all the people interested in doing 16V swaps, and the constant recurring questions, I felt the need to compile this list of information and links. First, is the most complete list of items you will need to complete the swap that I could come up with. I hope I have included everything, but undoubtedly I have forgotten something.
The info listed is mostly listed on Kevin's (OZspeed) site.

Secondly are a list of websites covering information on performing a 16V conversion. Again if I have left anyone out, I apologize, but this list was made in haste, and I only covered the sites I could find easily.

Lastly are the links to important threads her ein the 16V section. There are many important threads here that you will find valuable if you are performing a 16V conversion. READ THEM.

I sincerely hope that this helps guide anyone considering a 16V conversion.

For the Oil Lines:
1 - 12an straight hose end (connects to the 12an to 3/4" npt 45° adapter for the external oil return from the head to the block) FCM1015
1 - 12an 45° swivel hose end (opposite end of the hose w/ the straight hose end) FCM4025
2 - 12an 90° swivel hose ends (both on the same hose for the 2nd external oil return from the head to the block) FCM4035

1 - 4an to 1/8" npt 90° adapter (turbo feed: screws into the oil inlet of the turbo) FCM2031

1 - 10an to 1/2 npt 90° adapter (taps into the oil return adapter) FCM2039

Thes part numbers are for individually packaged parts in anodized blue. For bulk packaged parts the second letter becomes a 'B' instead of a 'C'. Nickel plated parts have an 'E' instead of the 'M'.

Plug wire options:
Autolite 96517, older toyota v-6, have to modify dist end with
your present 8v ends (ez).

Common problem, camshaft alignment from 2.0 to 2.4:
it's running, question on cam gears
(Holes in cam's point up, dont look at keyway/dowl)

2.5 STOCK BLOCK/PISTONS WILL ACCEPT THE 2.0/2.4 HEAD.
2.2 STOCK BLOCK/PISTONS WILL NOT ACCEPT HEAD UNLESS
PISTON MODIFICATION ARE MADE (HYBRID PISTONS ARE
AVAILABLE THRU OUR VENDORS). VALVE CLEARANCE IS THE
ISSUE.

DO NOT USE AN 8V HEADGASKET FOR HYBRID, ONLY
USE A DOHC 2.0/2.4 GASKET. NEVER SEEN A NON
MLS (multi layer steel) BUT AS LONG AS IT IS DESIGNED
FOR THE NEON/STRATUS YOUR GOOD.
