Any ideas or forums on how this can be done? We're only wanting to shoot about 5-7 psi through it and have made a mock setup, but what about sensors etc.? that need to be upgraded? ( I can do the mechanical, but am not that great at the wiring part)

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

you could get a TBI adapter from Vortech. They have supercharger kits for the trucks and should work well for the "intake" part of the kit.

As for the turbos, what size motor? Is it a V6 or a V8? The motor size will definately depict the proper turbo(s) size.

For the fuel control, you have many ways to go about it. I'd recommend doing a search on the tried and true methods. But going with larger TBI injectors and an APEXi SAFC could be a simple way to do it, since it's a MAF controlled motor.

The rest will be up to your fabricator. The turbo headers/manifolds, charge pipes, exhaust downpipe, and any extras you wish to add will have to be custom fit to the vehicle.

You might also want to get up with the custom truck forums to see what someone has alread done.

I would say the TBI system would have to be junked. The throttle body is way too small to flow any kind of decent air and the injectors are too small also. There just adequate for stock applications. I have searched before and there aren't that many larger injectors available, maybe one size larger.

Turbo city would be the guys to talk too regarding your TBI, there the specialists. I think its www.turbocity.com

95 TBI Pickup im gonna have to say you have the Boat anchor 305 in there. My suggestion, Cheap Plus performer Intake (-100$), and a good Holley 750 set up for Blow through (Any competant carb guru can set this up). with this go for a Vortech blower carb hat modified with 2 Intake tubes instead of 1. Grab up a set of shorty headers and get some Garrett flanges welded on the ends, turn em upside down and mount up your turbos. Now all you gotta do is make up some creative way to get Oil and coolant to em.
