Depends entirely upon your goals with the vehicle. Easiest way to do it would be to get the exhaust manifold and turbo off of an 84-88 Thunderbird Turbocoupe or Merkur XR4-Ti. But then, just like turbocharging any other non-turbo vehicle, you'll have fuel, knock, and computer issues. Best bet is to pull the complete drivetrain and computer from the car and swap it in. The complete swap has been done many times on Rangers. www.turboford.org will have plenty of info for ya.
