Where'd you get those flanges from? The ports look off center for some reason. Other than that the welds don't look to bad for what looks like flux core wire. You might want to reconsider griding down all your welds though because it actually weakens them.

Flanges are from KMP. I had to redo the ports to match the gasket I have. It matched the gasket perfectly after I did it.

whats the design for the rear manifold, don't think another of those headers will fit too well.

What you have seen is the rear manifold. I'm just going to use an adapter for the front manifold, until I make another front using similar part I used on the back one. Basically, the front turbo will be between the battery and the front valve cover. I'll post pics as soon as I start putting it all on my spare motor.

As for the price of the Probe turbos..... Let's just say that I have 5 here at the house. One is in what I'd call "working condition". The other 4 a little play. Of those 4, I'd say 2 are usable for a short while without rebuild. But all 5 I have, I don't think I paid more than $150 for the whole lot. And rebuild kits can be had for about $90.
