Nice Supra Mazzer, I was going to say any MKIII Turbo Supra. I had a 88 Turbo and Non Turbo and I loved them. I have a lead on a '90 Turbo that I should be checking out tomorrow or the next day.

One came aside me on the autoban and then pulled away like I was stopped and I was going 140MPH in my rental shitbox in 1996.

I've always wanted a 20th ANN firebird turbo (GNX motor + better chassis + better aerodynamics)

Was nothing like a "french" car should feel like, which is a good thing. Was solid and cornered great. Had traction when you step on it (:
My GLHS Omni was/is quicker, but then the R5 was stock and mine is not.
I liked it, easy to drive, sure got lots of looks while going down the road. Always wanted one, now I am sure I want one.

the R-5 Turbo was certainly a great car. how about the Ford RS-200? or basically any group B rally car from that era.

I would have to say that my fav turbo car (besides TD) would have to be the lancia montecarlo turbo. I know its a race car, but I LOVE race cars. esp. the "silhouette" type ones.

or check this out (even though it IS a TD!)

or how about the 1954 Dodge Firearrow (don't know if it was a turbo, but it sure looks awesome, doesn't it?

sorry, I guess I'm getting carried away, I'll stop now.

Johnny and his Le car fetish lol. I like the twin stick 8 speed G32 turbo Colt. They were recalled and detuned within 6 months as the ran 14.7 and killed people lol. They had a rear window sticker you could read from the rear mirror "don't step on it unless you mean it". 1,200 lbs, 4.30 gears, 105 HP turbo =P. They had a fuel cut off at 9 PSI of boost. Super easy car to mod, they need extra injectors and boost cut out riser. This is a Gus mod car. Replace the jet valves with bolts and "that's right its got a HEMI". All POS Mitsu stuff works great. Mini van mitsu turbo and bolt on 2.5" exhaust. The Conquest POS IC works great and even has the smaller tubes. They were a rocket at 7 PSI, they run 13s with a straight pipe and 9 PSI with IC. 15 PSI and a bigger turbo and no other coffin will beat you to the cemitary.

I got the chance to drive one of the early cars when they first came out. I went to the dealer and he was too busy to take me for a "test ride". So he handed me the keys and said I could go with myself. A buddy and I went for the "test ride" by our selves.
That Colt/turbo/twin stick was a blast to drive. Sold me on turbo cars...made me want one for sure. Eventually I bought a GLH. Great fun, but that 1st drive in the turbo Colt is a priceless memory.
Now ALL the cars/trucks I have are turbo.

My dad in 84' had a sweet 67 GTX that ran 13.8 @ 104 with just headers in street trim. I remember him scaring my mom as we rode up the street in the Black with gold stripes Colt. "this thing is as fast as my GTX up to 60", and they did roar. The 85 up Colt got heavy and higher gearing, the 84 was always the hot one. I drove a new 90 4G61 Colt GT and they were noticably slower than the 84 stock. 84s with mild mods run 13s with a G32. The rod bolts are lame, better think studs even home made setup. And the jet valves suck too (12 valve engine). The Colt got me liking the turbos, my mom didn't like the looks and said it was dangerous and kept the Fiat X19. A local friend here has modded 5 84 Colts, none over 9 PSI of boost and a couple ran high 13s no problem. No role cage construction, tiny brakes and suspension, no sound deadening, no weight. An aluminum shed with a JATO bottle bolted to the roof. One thing about them, they really pull hard on gravel. I never could see how they hooked basicaly on dirt the way they did, strange like AWD.
