yes, it is. i think the running price on the driveline is from 1500-3000$ out of a totalled srt-4. BUT if you think about it, it's still cheaper and buying the srt-4 itself.

.....and that motor looks so cool in a 1st gen 2-door.

ok here is the thing i have doine all th researc in oder to do a swap even if u have a 2.0 dohc u have to rewire the engine bay total and also if u r turboing it find a srt stock pcu as u be runnin the same while u have the block out of the car ass srt pistons rods there u got an srt4 almost lol good fer 16 psi lol

get a 2.4 NA short block if you have a 2.0 DOHC engine. Just the short block is needed. Remove the ballence shafts and plug the oil hole. Buy the passenger side mount (swap part). Then use the whole Neon top end intake and all on the 2.4 short block. All you need the the engine swap mount and a Jet stage 2 chip for more fuel. If you have a SOHC have fun, allot more involved. 2.0s are torqueless junk, the 2.4 swap is a happy mod and they don't blow up.

Too much trouble to run a stock SRT PCU unless it is in the same car because of SKIM issues. I have seen examples where the fuel and advance were controlled by early TD computer overlayed/grafted onto stock harness.
