I think I'm going to be making some of these starting in June.
What do you think?

Man, if I had a 3.0, I'd take one in a hurry!

Make sure your front manifold will clear the radiator. And you may run into clearance issues with the stock t-body location and the turbo, I can't really tell from the pics where it'll be positioned in relation to the intake. If you push the final join out farther from the motor, it leaves more room for plumbing.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that the design requires that the intake plenum to be reversed so that the throttle body is on the opposite side of the motor. It locates the turbo right where the throttle body should be similar to Ondonti's setup shown below.

There aren't any clearance issues with the radiator, but the tipstick tube would have to be rerouted.

Man, I think you have the hot ticket here- once you've worked out any kinks.
You need to put heads together with Paul@ TU. They were trying to break
computer code for those cars, last I heard.

Wish you good luck on that.. hope everyone jumps on those.
I would most likely order one too, since 3.0 dodges are soooo common!
Cheap too

I'm in for one or two..

You might want to think about including a flex pipe or expansion joint into the design kinda like the one on the stock crossover pipe for heat expansion..

Also maybe a support bracket for the turbo.

Is this going to be in mild steel or stainless?

I would at least be interested in the manifolds if they would still bolt up to a standard crossover (I guess that makes it hard to do the collector)

Is that Pro E?

It's going to be mild steel, so it will have to be coated or painted afterwards.

I was trying to figure out a way to get the front and rear manifold to line up with the stock crossover pipe, but like you said a good 3-way collector wouldn't really fit very well. I'll try to make a few revised models, but I think a log manifold is the only way to avoid the clearance issues when trying to get it to line up with the stock crossover piece. Yes that's Pro E that I used to make that model.

a log manifold should be PLENTY. It works on our 2.2/2.5s... It would be WAY cheaper to make log manifolds, which is a plus.

I just know the centerpiece of my turbo setup is not replacable. I dont like the front manifold at all and I know that its hurting my power.

Personnally, I think mild steel that is ceramic coated is better then stainless. Stainless is super expensive now, and the ceramic coatings you can get are awesome. My Jet-Hot coating is amazing.

Aw, man. Makes me wish I still had my Acclaim V6.

Oh well, maybe I'll get another one in the future.

I don't really thing the price difference would be that much to be honest with you, maybe an extra $15 per manifold. Short log manifold's would help spool the turbo faster, but the 3.0 has plenty of low end torque already and really needs all the help it can get on the top half of the rpm range, which the longer header style manifolds would help with.
