hello everyone, im new here, i know i dont own a turbo dodge but i love the cars and would love to get one in the next year, well any ways heres my cav, its an 88z24 auto with a built 3.1l motor. it has speed pro pistons, factory shotpeened and polished rods, a comp 260h cam, and a remotly mounted t3/to4e 46 trim turbo running 5 psi.

oh no one makes a kit for these, i built it my self, with the help of my dad, i got 1500 in the setup, doing all the labor myself. i enjoy fabbing up.

yeah i ran it once with a slipping trans and 3.5psi and ran a 14.7 @ 96mph. i think with strong trans and more boost it should eaisly go low 14s.

oh yeah i know about that car, its a beauty. lot of custom stuff going on under that hood. take a look here. www.khturbo.net

Thanks, there fun cars, as are turbo dodges. there really is no other room to remote mount the turbo other then there, next year im gonna do an engine mounted setup, with a bigger turbo and better intecooler. thats next year though.

cool car! i'm really into the turbo 3.1 as well. the engine in my Cutlass is actually the original previously NA 3.1 (LH0) that i turbocharged using TGP parts. never has been rebuilt and up to almost 250,000 miles now taking 12psi no problem. i'd like to replace it with the 3400 i have sitting in my garage soon but it needs to be rebuilt.
is your Cavy 5-speed? awesome sleeper you have there

Jeez, thats incredible! At first I thought you were "Peeing on our legs, and telling us it was raining!" (I thought it was just a PhotoShop montage! Unreal! Turbo out by the tail pipe! What will they come up with next??

no this is no photoshop, i drive this car everday to work and what fun it is. the car is auto though. im currently running 5-6psi.
