Turbo size for 318?

thinking of doing a quasi-remote mount turbo on my 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee when other projects are done. Turbo will be mounted right after Y-pipe (lots of room there). Motor is a 5.2 V8, and wont spin higher 5500 rpms. Any ideas on size of turbo needed and suitable stock choices to look out for?

I dont think 400hp is too much to ask from a blown V8. Would give me 10lbs/hp....
