convert it to T2 specs, add some decent tires and you'll have a low 14 second car at 14psi

Strip the guts out, convert to T2, big turbo, big intercooler, put cut out in exhaust, keep steel wheels with hubcaps, win a few races and when the cops show up close cutout and be the only guy there that doesnt get a ticket
