need some help with my turbo neon

It seems i have an oil leak. Not sure if it's coming from the headgasket or the valve cover... i suppose it's completely possible that it's pushing through the seals in the turbo as well. But i got a little bit of light smoke when i started my car this morning, from underneath my hood. Temps seem ok, when i got it to work i looked under the hood and there was some oil that had spit up and was dripping down my intake pipe to the turbo, i have a breather right next to it, but it doesnt seem like oil was spewwing from there.

ANYHOW, i was wondering if there was neone around the Coopersburg/Allentown/Bethlehem, PA area that would be willing to come take a look at it. Just send me a pm and i'll give you my number and address and watnot and hopefully i can figure this thing out.
