New '88 dodge shadow. 2.2L turbo

just bought the car for 200 dollars, and the car runs great.
a little front end damage, and ther is no exhaust from the downpipe back. i read somewhere that the turbo requires back pressure or it can fry seals and what not, im new to the turbo mopar scene, any ideas?

ok. thanks man. hmmm. its leaking oil, but im not sure where, like oil on the block . i just gotta find it.

id say start with the valve pan gasket . and upgrade to a 89 1 piece gasket valve cover . welcome and nice price for the car .

im not sure. gonna fix the seals then make it so i can drive it to school everyday. lol
gradually fixing it .
any one know of an aftermarket exhaust i can get for it at a resonable price? i havent been able to find anything for my shadow

FWD-P has a 2.5" which with the mitsu turbo i'd go with that.
