shelby engine plaque ,whats it off.

I was going through my desk and found an engine plaque off a csx I think , I got it 8 or 9 years ago so i dont remember. So I was just wondering if there was anyone who could tell by the numbers what car it came off of , type of car and car number. The number is HP42213448.
