2002 Dodge Ram twin turbo. Thats right my buddy wants to do it so I would fab up some stuff we got from the salvage in the next months. We are going to put two t25 garrett's on there. It's got the 360 I think and he wants more power. I don't know what is going to hold up and whats going to blow but we shall see. I get picks up when it gets done might be awhile.

I have a 75 B250 that I camperized and put a raised roof on it, swapped out the tired 318 and put a warmed over 360 with X-heads in, overdrive A518 trans, headers etc. It dynoed at 425 ft/lbs and can pull stumps, lol. Body needs fixing, starting to rot but my bro will fix that one day. It has 2 chamber Flowmasters on it and does it bark, sounds like a muscle car. Why, because I can.
Also have a 91 Turbo 5 spd Sunbird thats awaiting me to fix the crank but never have time. :big grin:

I had a mid-13 second turbo AWD Laser right before I got my mini. Only about $1000 in bolt-ons, too. Quick car.

98 VW Passat 1.8t 5spd....its no TD but the 1.8t is a good motor and with a few mods they can be pretty quick...its a highway animal--85 mph with AC on still gets around 31mpg :thumbs up

In addition to the SL#319; I am restoring a '89 Merkur Scorpio. These are the German made Ford cars that they imported in '88 and '89 only. I had an '89 XR4Ti, but got rid of it to buy the SL. A five passenger luxury performance 4 door hatch is my type of car I guess.

I always thought TDI was an acronym for Turbo Diesel Intercooled. Learn something new everyday. I've heard they can be modded to make a lot of torque..

Too bad diesel stinks so much! I live in Gillette WY, aka the diesel capital of the world. cough cough blech!

Those are cool cars! I found a Scorpio at a junkyard here....I'm pretty sure they still have it. It had a V6. http://www.qualitypartsfast.com/

All three of my cars are TDs....But if I had an 'other' turbo car, it would be either a Pontiac Turbo Grand Prix, or a fuel injected Maserati BiTurbo.
